1. Who We Are
Tenderbot ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based product that helps businesses discover relevant public sector tenders.

2. What This Notice Covers
By submitting your email address on our early-access sign-up form, you are joining a waitlist. You are not creating an account or purchasing anything. No payment, subscription, or commitment is required at this stage.
A separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will apply when Tenderbot v1.0 publicly launches and you create an account. We will ask you to accept that document separately at that point.
3. Information We Collect

We do not collect payment details, passwords, or any sensitive personal information through the early-access form.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To send you a one-time invite email when Tenderbot v1.0 launches (targeted for end of July 2026).
- To send a small number of pre-launch update emails — for example, confirming your place on the list or announcing the confirmed launch date. Expect at most one or two emails before launch.
- To understand sign-up volumes and which marketing channels are effective, using aggregated, non-identifying analysis.
We will never sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Your Rights
Because we are a UK business, UK GDPR gives you rights over your personal data. You can at any time:
- Ask us what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it and remove you from the waitlist
- Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us directly
To exercise any of these rights, email info@tenderbot.ai. We will respond within one month (the statutory deadline under UK GDPR).
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your sign-up details until Tenderbot v1.0 launches and for a short period afterwards to confirm your invite was delivered, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. If you do not convert to a product account within a reasonable period after launch, we will delete your waitlist record.
7. Cookies & Analytics
This landing page does not currently use any analytics tool and does not set any cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the tool in use and describe what it tracks before it goes live.
8. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice as our plans develop. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
